SUBMISSIONS
Kini Films was developed to produce its own feature films and has no interest in viewing any unsolicited material. Do NOT submit any material unless we specifically request your material, as a result of one of our officers meeting with you and specifically requesting your material.

Kini Films has in development or may develop its own confidential projects. To ensures that there are no false claims of material theft, we do not, in any circumstance, accept or consider any literary material. Furthermore, we do not accept suggestions or ideas of any nature.

At this time we have absolutely no interest in the content of outside material. We desire that you fully understand the intent of our policy; to avert the possibility of any misunderstanding of any material that might be similar to any others creative work of writers we might retain. We ask that you do not submit unsolicited literary materials such as stories, concept(s) or any screenplay(s), or any artwork ideas, nor even any ideas.

There is no fiduciary relationship or confidentiality between Kini Films and User.

RESTRICTIONS MATERIAL USE OF KINI FILMS
All materials contained in this, the Kini Films Website, are the property of Kini Films or its affiliate(s) company or companies. Any trade dress, trademarks, the Websites look & feel, its trade names, its service marks, or any other proprietary information of Kini Films, or its affiliates shall be the proprietary information of Kini Films or its affiliate(s).

Material from this, the Kini Films Website, or any Internet site operated, or controlled by Kini Films, or our affiliate(s)s may NOT be uploaded, transmitted, copied, reproduced, posted, or distributed by any form or means, unless expressly given permission by Kini Films.
